Recognized by the United States Department of Justice, HOPE Immigration provides nationwide immigration assistance and representation through its fully accredited representative in matters before USCIS, Immigration Court, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Samuel Balbuena Erives
Executive Director | Fully Accredited Representative
Samuel Balbuena Erives serves as Executive Director and Fully Accredited Representative at HOPE Immigration Inc. He completed Villanova University’s VIISTA program, which provides specialized education for immigrant advocates. Through the Department of Justice Recognition and Accreditation Program, he is authorized to provide immigration legal services and representation before the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration Court, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Samuel is committed to providing bilingual, compassionate, and carefully prepared representation to individuals and families nationwide.
